"Pretty happy with how they handled it"
I had a small issue pop up after my paint job, so I reached out to Maaco about the warranty. It took a couple calls to get everything sorted out, which was annoying timing-wise, but they ended up fixing it without giving me a hard time. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but I’m happy with how they handled it

When I checked the sanding, I was actually happy with how it turned out. It looked mostly clean overall, and there weren’t many rough spots that stood out to me. It felt like a solid job from what I could see.

I got my car painted at Maaco for the price, it came out good. Like, was it some flawless high-end showroom job? No. But for what I paid, I’m not mad at it at all. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was that it took longer than they originally told me, which is always frustrating because just tell me the real timeline from the start, you know? That said, the staff was nice and easy to deal with, so it wasn’t a huge ordeal. Overall, I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a decent paint job without spending a crazy amount

"They Made It Right"
When I first picked up my car after the paint job, I noticed a spot that didn’t look right i was disappointed. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go, but I decided to reach out to maaco and explain what happened. To my surprise, they actually listened and got me back in quickly. The manager was friendly, didn’t make it awkward, and they fixed the issue without giving me a hard time. Now the car looks much better, and I really appreciate that they took care of it and made things right...

"Repair was okay, but communication was frustrating"
The repair itself turned out fine, so I can’t really complain about the actual work. But the lack of updates was annoying. I had to call more than once just to find out what was going on and when my car might be ready, which made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be. The staff were nice when I finally got ahold of someone, but the waiting around with barely any information definitely left a bad impression...

"Honestly, they did a surprisingly solid job"
My car had some front-end damage, and Maaco got it looking normal again. The paint match was way better than I expected, which made me a little suspicious because you always hear body shops can never get it quite right. But nope, it blends in really well. I kept walking around the car like I was trying to uncover some hidden flaw, but I couldn’t find anything worth complaining about. Happy with how it turned out.

"Really Clean Job, No Overspray"
Got my car back from maaco and I was happy with it. I was kind of ready to be picky about the little stuff, especially overspray, but they did a clean job. I checked the windows, trim, tires, and even the door gaps and didn’t notice anything weird. The paint looked good, and they didn’t leave the car messy or anything. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

"Smooth, shiny finish"
Got my car back and the clear coat looks really smooth and shiny. I did notice a few tiny spots, but nothing major, and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. They also emailed me the receipt, which was convenient. I’d use them again.

Picked up my car yesterday it was cleaner than I thought it’d be. The outside had been washed and the paint work looked good, I was kind of expecting dust everywhere, or just… you know, that leftover shop grime, but it really wasn’t like that. Inside was mostly clean too. There was a little fine dust on the dash and on the floor mat, but nothing crazy. I wiped it down once and that pretty much took care of it. Overall, I’m happy with it. Would’ve been nice if it was totally spotless, but for the price and how quickly they got it done, I’m good with it.

They fixed the dent for the most part and it looks alot better now, but I can still see a few small marks if I look close. Not perfect, but definetly better than before.

I took my older car to maaco for a repaint, and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. It’s not a perfect show-car kind of finish, but I wasn’t expecting that for the price. I did notice a couple of tiny spots afterward, but nothing that really bothered me. The car looks a lot better than it did before, and the staff was easy enough to work with. If you’re looking for an affordable refresh and have reasonable expectations, I’d say it’s worth considering.

"Clean masking and no messy overspray"
The masking looked really neat, and the trim stayed protected the whole time. I didn’t notice any overspray around the edges either, which was a nice relief 🙂 Happy with that part of the job

"Easy communication and no chasing"
I really appreciated how maaco handled the communication. I’m usually not focused on every little detail during stuff like this, but I do notice when people follow through, and they did. They called when they said they would and kept me updated without me having to chase anyone down. Overall, it was a easy and clear experience.
